Job Summary:

Works with Senior Level Management to position Middleburg as a thought leader real estate company. Assists in ensuring regional marketing, advertising, resident retention and communication performance through executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned portfolio of properties. Assists communities to adopt and adhere to brand guidelines, sales process and communication technique. Works alongside Community Managers, Area Property Managers, and Regional Managers to ensure their satisfaction exceeds expectations through weekly meetings, utilizing analytical reporting to showcase performance of lead generation, sales goals and conversion, website performance, media mix and initiatives. Oversees the implementation of web, digital and social strategies/initiatives that support Middleburg Management’s strategic marketing alignment and drive lead generation and retention goals of the portfolio. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a resource to site teams seeking counsel on tactical marketing issues
• Monitor and maintain ILS, directory, and social media listings for compliance
• Analyze and review current media buys and provide recommendations for continued success with direction from Marketing VP
• Explore and experiment with new methods of engaging on social channels and identify new social networks to reach our target audiences
• Serve as in-house digital/social media expert by continually sharing the latest trends with the marketing department, regional managers and executives
• Strategically design and implement corporate social media strategy and tactics including monitoring for brand mentions, crafting and posting social and editorial content, as well as responding directly to corporate customer feedback
• Actively monitor and report on all corporate social media channels (peak hours)
• Passively monitor and report on all corporate social media channels (non-peak hours) and property social media channels and provide feedback to properties
• Assist with creation and ordering of creative and collateral items
• Support site teams with adhering to event, outreach, and community service calendars.
• ILS management, password resets, and provide any other training needs
• Assist with system implementation
• Assist with Support Tickets
• Assist the with creation of training materials
• Assist with marketing administrative tasks of other departments such as Investor Relations, Development, Construction, etc.
• Assist with troubleshooting poor performing communities
